シンプルながら奥深い文字です。
それ自身が発光源である太陽と、光を照らし返して輝く月。
一人ひとりの内なる光の受発信を想います。
英訳にはBrightness ではなく、Luminanceを選びました。
主観的な明るさではなく、物理的に計測される輝度。
この絵が、目標に向かって主観的な視点と客観的な視点、両方のバランスをとる助けとなりますように。

日月 NICHIGETSU — Luminance
In Japanese, there is a character formed by combining the sun and the moon, expressing the idea of “brightness.”
It is a simple yet deeply profound symbol.
The sun shines as a source of light itself, while the moon reflects that light and glows in return.
This design reflects my thoughts on the giving and receiving of the inner light within each person.
For the English title, I chose Luminance rather than Brightness.
Not merely a subjective sense of brightness, but luminance as something measurable—an actual radiance.
May this artwork help bring balance between subjective and objective perspectives as you move toward your goals.
