• 注文してから即日で届きますか？

  Items eligible for same-day shipping can be shipped as quickly as the same day. Other items generally ship within 3 business days. Shipping dates depend on the order details and the workload at the printing factory, so please contact our 24-hour customer support for more information.

• デザインは事前に作る必要がありますか？

  No. You can also create designs within UP-T's design tools. Of course, you can also submit data that you have created in advance using other editing software. If you have any concerns such as "I haven't decided on a design yet," "I can't create a good design," or "I don't have time to design," please take advantage of our free design creation support service by UP-T's dedicated designers (limited to customers who purchase 3 or more items).
   

• 入稿データのサイズはどのくらいですか？

  For clothing items such as T-shirts and hoodies, we recommend an image size of around 200-300 dpi. While designs can be created at lower resolutions, the image may be enlarged and become blurry during the final printing process. As a guideline, if the image quality is sufficient for printing on B5 to A4 paper, there should be no major problems with the final product.
  For relatively small items such as keychains and badges, even very small images can be printed without becoming blurry.
  
   

• 注文してから何日で届きますか？

  Orders placed by 2 PM today will be shipped within 3 business days, including the day of the order. Therefore, please expect your order to arrive within 5 days. If you need your order urgently, please order an item eligible for same-day shipping (shipping is possible within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped within 3 business days, with the next day being considered the first business day. Check
