私ごとながら、私の大切な人の脳に大きな腫瘍が見つかり、手術をすることになったのです。手術を終えた彼が、焦らず、心安らかに、身体を休ませられますように——そんな祈りとして言葉を選びました。

ACIMは彼の愛読書で、描いた花は彼が私に摘んでくれた花でもあります。

世界各地で大きな災害が起きてもいます。内なる外なる世界の安全と平和を願います。

彼や、誰かの大切な人、そして私やあなたの心がほっと安らぎますように。

I chose a passage from a collection of selected words from A Course in Miracles and paired it with a painting of flowers.

On a personal note, someone very dear to me was found to have a large brain tumor and had to undergo surgery.

I chose these words as a prayer for him after his surgery—that he may take all the time he needs, rest peacefully, and allow his body to heal without feeling any need to rush.

A Course in Miracles is one of his favorite books, and the flowers I painted are flowers that he once picked for me.

At the same time, major disasters are occurring in many parts of the world. I pray for peace and safety, both within us and in the world around us.

May his heart, the hearts of those precious to someone, and your heart and mine all find a little peace and rest.
